Setting up a Cross Media Service Provider

I am a owner of small traditional ad agency in Asia and are keen to become a service provider on Xmedia. Got tons of questions and would like to seek some advice. First, what are the more 'affordable' and reliable Xmedia softwares? 2nd, how to price my XMedia service. Any sharing on starting up a XMedia service is very much appreciated.
